In 2007 all the old schooling we had with SEO got flushed down the toilet. In the ongoing wars between spammers and search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN search giants have been forced to tighten their search programming to make it allot tougher for spammers to get listed.

The problem is many of us, so called innocent by standers have also found ourselves suffering from lack of search engine loven. I fell victim to the same outcome. Once it took a real close look I found many of my sites to be unintentionally spamming. Many have been transformed into today’s preferred optimized format. In these case it was almost an instant thank-you from Google was seen by increased traffic.
I have been paying attention to these major changes and have found some really amazing things going on. It seems to me that all search engines are trying to humanize as we grow into web 2.0, internet TV, social networking, etc.

In a recent survey conducted it was learned that 60% of web surfers don’t trust the search engines and question what they are really doing with the data they have from querying surfers. Many are turning to social networking groups like Yahoo Answers and trusting the people with what would normally have been search queries.

The bottom line is “we the people” control the internet!

Because I believe that is true now, it has completely altered the way in which I market concepts online…to the people!
